It seems to be happening more and more, children as young as 5 years old are stealing cars, going for joy rides, and getting involved in wild police chases.

This has got to stop. Where on earth children getting these ideas? Parents, grandparents, guardians, WATCH YOUR CHILDREN! We won’t have children being our future if they are going to pull stupid things like this.
